Under the Sea with Summer RASP
2026 Summer Registration is Open!
The Regional After School Program (RASP) offers an engaging, 65% educational summer program designed to keep students going into grades 1–6 active, learning, and connected during the summer months.
Our program blends academic enrichment, creative activities, and fun experiences to support students both socially and academically.
Students participate in hands-on learning, outdoor activities, guest visits, and special events throughout the summer.
Payment Schedule:
- June payment: Due by May 21
- July payment: Due by June 24
Families who would like to pay for the entire summer at once are welcome to do so. Please refer to the All Summer column in the Summer Pricing chart or contact the RASP office for assistance.
If you qualified for Free or Reduced Lunch during the school year, please email a copy of your verification letter from Central Office to Dakota Olson at dakotaolson@dpsnd.org.
To receive the DPS rate, you must be working during the summer months.
Families with students identified under McKinney-Vento or Foster Care should email dakotaolson@dpsnd.org after completing the registration forms.

- Monday, June 1st - Friday, July 31st
- Daily Hours: 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
- Location: Jefferson Elementary — 599 11th Ave W
**Please note: ALL McKinney Vento students will need to email Dakota Olson at dakotaolson@dpsnd.org after completing registration forms.
Step 1:
Complete the appropriate registration form. There is one form for returning families (anyone who has previously attended RASP) and one form for new families. Registration links will be available here once registration opens.
Please be sure to add both parents/guardians when completing the form. Only parents/guardians listed will receive access to the Procare app, along with program notifications and messages.
Step 2:
After registering, you will receive an invoice through Procare. Please do not submit payment before May 1st. Once your invoice is available, you may complete your payment.
Accepted payment methods include:
- ACH
- Debit or Credit Card through Procare
- Check or Cash paid in person at the RASP office.
Families who would like to pay for the entire summer at registration may do so. Please refer to the Summer Pricing section for full-summer pricing or contact the RASP Office for assistance.
RASP payments may be made through Procare (under the Billing section) or in person by check or cash.
Procare accepts the following payment methods:
- ACH
- Debit card
- Credit card
Please note that debit and credit card payments include additional processing fees.
If you prefer, payments may also be made in person at the RASP office by check or cash.
