2025-26 Registration opens July 21


** If your Child attends a private school, you will register them to the Dickinson Public School that is closest to yours. If you are unsure of where that would be, please contact the office for assistance. For example, if your student attends Hope Christian Academy, your student will attend Prairie Rose; the parent must transport the student to RASP for check-in.**

**How do I know if I qualify for free and reduced discounts? You will know if you qualify as you fill out the forms for the Central Administration Offices free and reduced lunches.

**Please note, no DPS K-5 student enrolled in a grant school will be denied access to 21 CCLC (RASP) Programs due to an inability to pay. If you are in need of financial accommodation, please contact the 21 CCLC (RASP) Director, Kim McNaney, at kmcnaney@dpsnd.org or 701-300-0520.

ATTENTION: EFFECTIVE MAY 1ST, 2024 - Our payment method changed from MySchoolBucks to Procare!
Payment Options:
+ ACH Transaction - Cheapest option with a $1 flat rate fee {preferred method}
+ Credit and Debit Cards {higher transaction fees}
  • First: Fill out the forms here. Make sure to add both parents! Only parents will receive the app and notifications. Reminder: each person gets their own code for signing students in/out. It is the parent's responsbility to give authorized pick-ups their individual code. 
  • Second: Once the RASP office recieves your registration. Your student will be enrolled & you will recieve a confirmation email after closer to the start of school, with instructions on how to complete your Procare account and make a payment.
    • Please Note: The Procare system had an update, and we are currently running into the issue of if we enroll all the school year registrations now, it will add them all into the “active” status, which means school year parents will then receive summer information and messages. Due to this update, there will be a delay in you recieving the confirmation email. {You do not need to submit your registration payments until you recieve the confirmation email.}
