The DPS Regional After School Program (RASP) students and families had a blast celebrating during the Lights on Afterschool Halloween Party!
Lights on Afterschool is a nationwide event that celebrates all afterschool programs and the positive impact they have on youth, families, and communities. This year, RASP celebrated their 5th annual Lights on Afterschool.
