Are You Enrolling a New Student?
What you need to register your child:
- ND Statement of Child Health
- Child Information Sheet
- Copy of State Birth Certificate
- Copy of Immunization Records
- Pay $100 Registration Fee Online or bring payment to the DPS Central Administration Offices.
*Current students are only required to pay the registration fee.
