Join us in congratulating Dickinson High School's Kate Enney for winning the Chapter and Regional NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) Design Drafting Competition.
The NAWIC Design Drafting competition is a national event where students give a design concept. Kate had to design a 10,000 SF Community Restorative Justice Center for at-risk youth. The drafting class had to research to figure out the best layout due to the different services offered in the space, including a juvenile court, emergency housing, and community activity space.
A recognition gathering was held for all participants, including Keaton Crow, Hunter Moreno, and MacKenzie Pease.
Congratulations to all!
