2024-2025 Busing Registration Now Open!
Dickinson Public Schools (DPS) offers optional bus transportation for our families who live within the Dickinson Public School District. DPS holds a service contract with Harlow's Bus Service. Last year, we transported 1,350 students daily via eight rural routes, 21 in-town routes, and three SPED routes. Additionally, two shuttle buses are available to take high school students to the Southwest Area CTE Academy for daily classes.
Deadline to register for 2024-2025 busing on the first day of school:
- In town – August 2, 2024
- Rural – July 26, 2024
*Registration after the dates above will result in a delayed start for busing services.
How to Register for Busing
- Fill out the Bus Registration Form
- Return the completed form along with payment to:
DPS Central Administration Offices

or email the form to Paige Fischer (registration form & payment must be received before busing can begin)
How to pay with MySchoolBucks:
- Login or create an account
- Click School Store
- Click Busing
- On the Bus Registration Form, the fee structure is on the reverse side (2nd page) of the form. If you are registering after October, we do prorate the cost of Transportation. Please call our office to get the correct fee for busing: Paige Fischer 701-456-0002
- We accept Cash/Check/Credit Card. If you have an account with My School Bucks, you can also pay the bus fee through My School Bucks (a receipt would need to be forwarded to pfischer@dpsnd.org for proof of payment.)
- New riders begin on Mondays (address change for riders would start on Monday as well) Please Note: The Deadline for Monday Start is the prior Wednesday at 12:00. (The deadline is subject to change based on holiday or special circumstances)
- Students must live within the DPS School District Boundaries.
- There is a No Bus Zone (Walk Zone) where the School Buses do not offer transportation. These zones are within walking distances to the school in that zone. Click here for the Walk-In Zone Boundaries Map.

We accept Cash/Check/Credit Card. If you have an account with My School Bucks, you can also pay the bus fee through My School Bucks (a receipt would need to be forwarded to pfischer@dpsnd.org for proof of payment.)
