Last week, our very own Audrey Kuntz, Grade 5 Teacher at Heart River Elementary, was awarded the Stark County Spirit of Excellence Award.
This award recognizes the contributions of an individual or group who has demonstrated Leadership, Customer Service, Innovation, Stewardship, or Good Samaritan/Random Acts of Kindness actions within Stark County, North Dakota.
Audrey was recognized for her dedication and time in becoming an EMT to serve the community she loves. She also became a teacher to follow her passion for teaching children. While doing all these things, Audrey also created Richardton-Taylor Ambulances Safety Tuesday program that focuses on teaching children how to be prepared, not scared.
