Mr. Fritz, an ELL teacher at Prairie Rose Elementary, has been named Teacher of the Year for Dickinson Public Schools, an honor that reflects the profound impact he has on students and families every day.
Mr. Fritz is deeply committed to doing what is best for each individual student. He consistently leaves no stone unturned as he digs into the specific skills and supports students need to grow, learn, and succeed. His depth of knowledge not only in teaching, but also in understanding the law and advocating for students, truly sets him apart.
He was quick to share that his impact would not be possible without the incredible team around him. He consistently recognizes the collaboration, expertise, and shared commitment of his colleagues, knowing that student success is always a team effort.
