Nicole Weiler has been an educator for over 25 years. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Dickinson State University and her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.

Ms. Weiler began her career as a 4th-grade teacher and later transitioned into the administrative role.  She joined Prairie Rose Elementary School in 2018 and has been dedicated to fostering a nurturing and academically challenging environment ever since

Sara Berglund has worked for Dickinson Public Schools for 18 years.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and K-12 Physical Education from Dickinson State University, and her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Chadron State University. 

Ms. Berglund began her career as a second-grade teacher, also coaching basketball, volleyball, and golf for various age groups. She then served as the Day Treatment Coordinator at Dickinson Middle School for two years. Last year marked her first year as the Assistant Principal at Prairie Rose Elementary. Through her years of educational experience, she has gained valuable insights into fostering academic and personal growth in young learners.  She is committed to creating a positive and productive learning environment through collaboration with our students, staff, and families to ensure the success and well-being of our students. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, engaging in sports, and exploring the outdoors.
