Rachel Burns

My name is Rachel Burns and I am a Special Education Strategist.  I have been in various roles with Dickinson Public Schools since 2017.  I attended DSU and UND.  I am very excited to be part of the Jefferson team! When I am not at school, I am spending time with family and friends.
