Heart River Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) is comprised of families who advise and collaborate to improve the education, confidence, and social outcomes of each student served by Heart River Elementary.

Join PAC to:

  • Be the voice that represents the wishes and concerns of the families of Heart River.
  • To solicit observations from other patrons of Heart River, thus widening the scope of communication between school and community.
  • To serve as a sounding board for the school and its staff by providing counsel regarding projects and activities.
  • To serve as an informed body with greater insights into the school.
  • Give back to our school!

What does PAC do for our school?

That's a great question!

At these meetings, we value your input as we discuss events/activities around the school, changes that need or can be made, and various other topics with Principal Randy Muffley. Your ideas and suggestions are integral to the school's operations. However, that's only part of what we do. We assist with fundraisers, help with fun gym activities on special holidays, and give our full support to teachers and staff members.

We understand that members might have to work, so our meetings are typically held via Zoom on the third Wednesday of the month at noon. Zoom meetings allow flexibility and convenience, as most can visit during lunch.
