The North Dakota Association of Secondary School Principals has selected five Dickinson High School seniors for the 2022 North Dakota Academic All-State Teams!
The DHS team members are:
- Alexandra L. Smith - ND Academic Silver Team Member
- Alan J. Ash - ND Academic Silver Team Member
- Alyssa Haider - ND Academic Bronze Team Member
- Grant Bittner - ND Academic Honorable Mention
- Grace Dahl - ND Academic Honorable Mention
High school seniors are nominated by their school principal and compete for the honor on a statewide basis in both Class A and Class B divisions. 196 high school seniors were nominated by their school principal; student selection is based on overall GPA, ACT or SAT scores, extracurricular activities, community involvement, and leadership qualities.
Gold, Silver, and Bronze Team members will be presented with a certificate of merit by the North Dakota Association of Secondary School Principals. In addition, WDAY and Forum Communications will present a medallion to each team member during a televised broadcast at the state basketball tournaments on March 11 and March 28. Certificates of merit will be sent to Honorable Mention Team members from the North Dakota Association of Secondary School Principals.
