Athletics
Before any student can participate in North Dakota High School Activities Association (NDHSAA) sanctioned athletic activities, including practices, they must have the following documentation on file with the superintendent, principal, athletic director, or school nurse:
- A completed NDHSAA-approved Athletic Pre-Participation Health History Screening and Physical Examination clearance form, signed by a qualified healthcare professional (such as an MD, DO, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant under a physician's supervision). This physical examination is valid for one school year, and any physicals completed before April 15th will not be accepted for the following school year.
Online registration for the 2025-26 school year opens on August 1st. The required physical form must be uploaded during the registration process and submitted before the first practice.
