Student Council Raises Funds for Bakken Paws Animal Rescue

Lincoln student council selling Valentine's day grams

The Lincoln Student Council has been busy planning activities to raise funds for Bakken Paws Animal rescue.

From bringing your stuffed animal to school to selling popcorn and Valentine's day candy grams, the student council made sure to create fun activities that would encourage their classmates to donate.

Lincoln Elementary Dickinson ND held an assembly to conclude the fundraiser. They invited Dr. Lenz from State Ave, Vet, and Tasha with Bakken Paws rescue, along with puppy Bruno, to learn more about what goes into rescuing animals and vet needs. The students surprised Bakken Paws with a donation of $839! Congratulations to all!
