Dickinson Public Schools was well represented by the Dickinson Middle School (DMS) Student Council while attending the 2023 North Dakota Middle Level State Conference.
Serena Skilling represented DMS and ran for office at the state level. Her campaign was "Don't Stress, Do Your Best."
