On March 27th, the following students from Dickinson Middle School competed at the state Mathcounts competition against 160 students from across the state:
The DMS team finished in 2nd place at the competition and the following students won awards for the individual rounds:
Leyton Weigel: 3rd place
Daniel Jiang: 5th place
Ethan McMacken: 11th place
David John Ricks: 17th place
- Leyton will be attending the National Mathcounts competition in Orlando, FL.
These students have spent extra time every week to prepare for the Mathcounts competition and DMS is proud to have them represent our school!
