Friday, December 16, will be a virtual learning day.
We understand the challenges canceling school creates for our community and our families. We do our best to work with local officials to keep our doors open. Sometimes, we have to make last-minute decisions because of safety and circumstances.
After assessing additional snowfall, blizzarding conditions, poor roads in different parts of town, and the ability for staff to travel to school, we have decided to move to virtual learning on December 16.
Although we want students back in the buildings, their safety and the safety of our staff are the priority.
