The public is welcome and encouraged to attend school board meetings to be informed citizens. Your attendance is appreciated. Regular monthly meetings are held the second Monday of each month at 5 p.m. in the Board room of the Dickinson Public Schools Central Administration Office located at 444 4th St. West (use the east or west door). Handicap parking is available on the east side of the building. Special meetings may be scheduled, if needed. The annual meeting of the school board is held in July following the annual election.

All meetings are open to the public and are subject to North Dakota law. A majority of the Board (3) constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business. Agendas are available at each meeting and on the web site. The agenda is also posted in the east and west hallways of the Board room and in each school lounge.

The media and County Auditor are officially notified before each meeting.
