Dr. Doug Sullivan, Superintendent, is the chief executive officer of the school district and is the educational leader who promotes the success of all students and staff in the performance of their jobs. He works directly with the school board and supervises the transportation and technology departments, and the school improvement process.

Dorothy Martinson is the Director of Student Services. Her primary responsibilities include Special Education and Title I. Other responsibilities include: English Language Learners, Title I Look-Alike programs, Section 504, Day Treatment, Adult Learning Center, and West Dakota Parent & Family Resource Center. She is also indentified as the Homeless Liaison for the district. In addition, all new students to the District register at the Central Administration Office through the Director of Student Services office. dot.martinson@dickinson.k12.nd.us
Melanie Kathrein is the Director of Curriculum and Professional Development. Her responsibilities include development and revision of all K - 12 curricular areas for the District. She is also the administrator who is responsible for professional development, and funding related to Title IIa, IId, IV, and district assessment. The Instructional Media Center is also under her administrative duties.

Vince Reep is the Assistant Superintendent for the Dickinson Public School District. His main responsibilities are business and finance, human resource management, supervising buildings/grounds, and food services. Other responsibilities include: assisting in budget development, accounts receivable, banking, end of the year reports, managing the 21st century grant, and overseeing accounts payable and payroll. He also produces the enrollment reports and projections for the District, Title IX and is the Central Office Manager. vince.reep@dickinson.k12.nd.us
